As you can see by our EXAMPLE LISTING IMAGE OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, MO, our STATE maps are a combination TOPO and Street Name Maps designed for your SPECIFIC Magellan GPS.

THE EXAMPLE FROM THE MISSOURI STATE TOPO OF ST. LOUIS is resolvable from a zoom of 3 miles to as close as 100 feet (1:15000)     One 7.5' Quad is at 200 feet (1:24000) and as high as (1:150000).  In Magellan Zoom Language that is from 100 feet to over 1 mile.  In addition our Detail Basemap will blend into the maps as you go much higher.

If you notice photo #1 (The Street Names of St. Louis) upon careful examination you will see the gray contour lines one of them gives the elevation at 480 feet.

Below you can view Devil's Mountain National Monument in the South Dakota area.   Yes, it is the same Devil's Mountain in the motion picture "Close Encounters......"  If we dropped the view one more notch you will find that the contour lines are 90 feet apart and the elevation numbers would have appeared.

THE EXAMPLE OF OTTAWA FROM OUR CANADA PROVINCE TOPO MAP OF ONTARIO (Bottom Photo) you can zoom to a 1:3000 level.  In Magellan Zoom Language that is from 100 feet to 3 miles.  In addition our Detail Basemap will blend into the maps as you go much higher.
